Why do you need my credit card now, if the 7-day trial is free?

We only need your credit card for The Clean 5 Premium, not Basic. We ask for your credit card so your membership can continue after the 7-day free trial. We do this to reduce fraud (customers signing up to multiple free trials), as well as to gain valuable feedback as to how we can improve our product (people leave more feedback this way). It’s important to note, that you can cancel anytime before the 7-day trial ends, and you won’t be charged at all.

Will anything be charged to my card?

Only if you don’t cancel before the 7-day trial ends. If you cancel before then, you won’t be charged. This can be done by heading to ‘members area’ > ‘manage subscription’.

Is my payment information secure?

We use Stripe to store your payment information, this is basically the most common and most secure method in the world. The card information goes directly to Stripe and we don’t store it anywhere. This is one of the most common, and most secure online purchase technologies in the world. We also use the new 3D secure credit card fraud protection feature.
